Join this four week meditation and aromatherapy session to care for and nurture yourself and:

  • practice being present in the moment

There is nothing for you to do but lie down and listen. This will help you heal at your core levels.

*Wear comfy clothes, bring your favorite pillow, yoga mat, blanket and journal.
